چکیده
Herein, we report the design, fabrication, and performance of two wireless energy harvesting devices based on highly flexible graphene macroscopic films (FGMFs). We first demonstrate that benefiting from high conductivity up to 1 × 10 6 S m −1 good resistive stability FGMFs even under extensive bending, FGMFs‐based rectifying circuit (GRC) exhibits flexibility RF‐to‐DC efficiency 53% at 2.1 GHz. Moreover, further expand application a wideband monopole rectenna 2.45 GHz wearable for energy. The various bending conditions produces maximum conversion 52%, 46%, 44% 5th Generation (5G) GHz, Industrial Long‐Term Evolution (LTE) 2.3 Scientific Medical (ISM) respectively. A GRC is optimized integrated with an AMC‐backed antenna. proposed shows 55.7%. All results indicate graphene‐film‐based rectennas have great potential as power supplier smart Internet Things (IoT) applications.

Rectenna Design and Signal Optimization for Electromagnetic Energy Harvesting and Wireless Power Transfer
This work addresses two key topics in the field of energy harvesting and wireless power transfer. The first is the optimum signal design for improved RF-DC conversion efficiency in rectifier circuits by using time varying envelope signals. The second is the design of rectifiers that present reduced sensitivity to input power and output load variations by introducing resistance compression netwo...

All these devices need a compact, low-cost and lightweight energy source, which allows the desired portability and energy autonomy. Today, batteries represent the dominant energy source for the devices listed in Table I and alike. In spite of the fact that energy density of batteries has increased by a factor of 3 over the past 15 years, their presence in many cases has a large impact on, or ev...
